We have a 14 day returns policy. If you receive your goods and are not happy please email

We will refund/replace items that are returned unused and in a re-sellable condition.

Due to EU hygiene regulations we can’t refund, replace or exchange makeup returned in non-saleable condition.

Returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer so you must return them by recorded delivery (if you return something and it gets lost we will not be able to process your exchange / refund). Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases we will refund the postage costs.

UK Bank Holidays
All orders placed the day before or the day of the bank holiday will be processed on the next following working day as quickly as possible. Delays may apply during these periods.

UK – £4.00

EUROPE – £10.00

REST OF THE WORLD – currently not available.

Please note we use Royal Mail for our deliveries and we are not responsible for external factors that may affect the delivery time.

We are also not responsible for additional charges incurred from international taxes.

Please Note: Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Once we have received the goods, they will be checked by quality control. Our customer service team will then email you to process the return. We would leave a 7 day wait time for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return we will inform you by email. For Stripe refunds we advise this can take up to 10 working days to receive the money back in your bank.
