Founded by Kolaine Waterfield, an NVQ Level 3 qualified electrologist and respected industry educator, the salon has grown into a trusted destination for those seeking professional skincare, blemish removal, and holistic skin solutions.
Kolaine holds Advanced Cosmetic Procedures (ACP) certifications from both Helen McGuinness Health & Beauty Training International and The Cosmetic Consultants in Nottingham, having trained with two of the industry’s most influential figures:
- Merriel Marques, former National Training Manager at Sterex, renowned for her role in shaping the UK’s advanced electrolysis standards.
- Helen McGuinness, a pioneer in aesthetics education with over 30 years of experience delivering excellence in skin and aesthetic training.
Kolaine is also proud to teach ACP for Jane Bryan Beauty Training, mentoring the next generation of skin professionals and helping to raise standards in the industry.

Nutritional Therapist
Anna is a qualified Nutritional Therapist, trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she also serves as a clinic supervisor. She is registered with BANT and CNHC, ensuring a high standard of evidence-based, holistic care.
At Kolaine Beauty Lounge, Anna offers her signature 9-week REBALANCE programme, supporting clients with concerns such as digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, skin conditions, fatigue, weight management, and autoimmune health.
Using a root-cause approach, Anna combines personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans with advanced functional testing (including gut health, hormone panels, and food intolerance testing), along with regular progress reviews and email support.
